Good Thing!

The Gage in Milwaukee was the site of Shelby & Jessy’s amazing wedding ceremony and celebration!  We arrived early in the day to ensure we had plenty of time for a quick ceremony rehearsal before the festivities officially began.  Officiant Emmet Light did a fantastic job leading the service – Shelby and Jessy’s vows brought tears to the eyes everyone in attendance!  After the ceremony, guests made their way to the upper level for cocktails, appetizers, and fellowship on the terrace.  Following the grand march and words of welcome, we all settled in for a delicious feast from Double B’s BBQ.  Hartwig Film Company was very busy throughout the event, capturing all the photo ops and special moments along the way.  Music is such a big part of Shelby and Jessy’s love story, and tonight certainly proved that.  The atmosphere during pre-ceremony, cocktails, and dinner was second-to none, and energy on the dance floor was electric from the first dance to the last!  Big thanks to Brad & Angie, Tony & Rhonda, our very friendly and welcoming wedding party, and the entire event team at The Gage for an amazing evening.  Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Stagliano!

The Way You Look Tonight!

SSE was very excited to return to Upper East in downtown Kenosha for Isabella and Jacob’s amazing wedding celebration!  Following the afternoon ceremony at St. Lucy’s Catholic Church in Racine, the wedding party made their way to the shores of Lake Michigan for some fantastic photo ops.  Andrew and John from Andrew Meier Photography captured all the video highlights, including a breathtaking private first dance in the ballroom.  Sandy Conway Photography documented the day with pictures, including pre-reception shots with our wedding party, and table visits with our newlyweds following the grand march!  There were so many special moments that took place during our celebration, including touching words from the bride and groom’s parents and siblings, as well as Best Man Connor and Matron of Honor Katie.  Following a delicious feast from Chef Steve and the culinary team, we filled up the dance floor and never looked back!  The generations dance was especially memorable, as we celebrated Bella’s grandparents who have been married for sixty-five incredible years!  Jake and Bella provided an awesome request list - guests of all ages packed the dance floor from the first song to the last.  Big thanks to the entire team from Culinary Infusion, our friends at Andrew Meier Photography, and everyone who came out to celebrate with the new Mr. & Mrs. Sawalski!  Congratulations!

Two Is Better Than One!

TinCan Roadhouse in Union Grove was the site of Sarah & Sam’s wonderful winter wedding celebration!  An intimate gathering of close family and friends were witnesses to an unforgettable day filled with love and laughter.  Patti did a fantastic job leading the ceremony, with plenty of stories and happy tears. After the service, guests enjoyed cocktails and fellowship as the Roadhouse crew prepared for dinner service.  Photographers Ben & Courtney captured all the special moments – it was great catching up with them!   Best Man Mitch and Maid of Honor Kayla gave heartfelt toasts to the newlyweds, and before long it was time to continue our evening with the first dance.  Big thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate with Sarah & Sam!  Congrats!

Bridal Resale Event!

The 4^th annual Bridal Resale Event at The Covenant at Murray Mansion was a big success, and SSE was thrilled to be a part of it!  Excited guests had a chance to visit with vendors and check out all of the beautiful wedding décor for sale.  VIP entrants had access to the event 30 minutes early and were able to beat the rush!  We had a great time catching up with SSE alumni, chatting with future clients and fellow vendors, and playing great tunes for all in attendance.  Big thanks to Hannah, Maddie, Heather, and everyone who came out for a fantastic day at The Covenant!

Oh Happy Day!

SSE teamed up with our friends at Culinary Infusion for their annual Menu Showcase event at Upper East in downtown Kenosha!  A record-breaking number of couples came ready to sample a delicious charcuterie spread, salads, side dishes, entrees, and custom cocktails in anticipation of their upcoming wedding celebrations!  Attendees got to spend time with the culinary team, venue directors, and associate planners and ask some great questions while sampling the delicious cuisine.  Following vendor visits and sweet treats from the ice cream cart, couples had the chance to win awesome upgrades to their package with some fun giveaways!  Big thanks to everyone who came out to join us – we are so excited for your big day!
