Wisconsin Lutheran School hosted the 15th Annual
Lancer Invitational Basketball Tournament, and SSE was there for all the
action! Over four days, 24 games, and 36 hours, SSE provided the music
and player announcements - what a great weekend of hoops! Special thanks to all of the hard working
volunteers who came together to provide such a great environment for these hard
working student athletes, and raise a record amount of funds for the athletic
department. “Passion, Purpose, Pride!”

Night To Shine!
Made
possible by the generous donation and guidance of the Tim Tebow Foundation, “Night
to Shine” is an incredible prom night experience for people with special needs
ages 16 and older. On February 12th,
2016, more than 200 host churches in 48 states and 8 countries hosted Night to
Shine, and SSE was proud to perform at one of them! Shoreland Lutheran High School in Somers provided
a red carpet entrance, a friendly welcome from paparazzi, limousine rides, hair
& makeup stations, shoe shining services, karaoke, and of course – a rockin’
dance floor! Special thanks to the
students, parents, and all the hardworking volunteers for putting together such
a memorable event. Congratulations to our
guests of honor who were kings and queens for the evening. Shine On!

Rock-A-Hula!
SSE
beat the winter blues with a happenin’ Hawaiian Luau! The Home & School Society at Wisconsin
Lutheran School plans many family-oriented activities during the school year,
and helps create important connections beyond the scope of regular classroom
work. The island breezes were in the air
for crazy costume contests, limbo fun, and group participation by
everyone! Big thanks to the volunteers
for their hard work, and all the families who came out to enjoy the
evening. Hula Rock!

Feel The Heat!
SSE
was excited to MC & DJ the Oasis Youth Center’s annual Chili Cook-Off! Over a dozen competitors descended on the
Parkway Chateau with their best hot and spicy recipes. Guests enjoyed fellowship, great raffle
prizes, silent auction items, and of course - delicious chili! The mission of Oasis Youth Center is to
provide a safe place for recreation, academic assistance, and community involvement
for the youth of Kenosha. Big thanks to Mandy,
Amy, and everyone who came out to support this fantastic mission. "Come To The Oasis!"
